Summer Soccer Clinic Registration
Program Details:
Join us for a four-day soccer clinic focused on building core skills in a fun, supportive environment. This clinic is a great opportunity for kids to grow their confidence and sharpen their technique ahead of the season. Each 90-minute session will focus on a different area of the game, with drills and small-sided games tailored to younger players.
Daily Focus:
🔹 Monday – Footwork & Ball Control
Players will practice dribbling, change of direction, and close control to improve their comfort with the ball.
🔹 Tuesday – Passing & Shooting
We’ll focus on proper passing technique and accuracy, followed by shooting drills that teach both power and placement.
🔹 Wednesday – Defense & Game Awareness
This session covers defensive positioning, how to work as a team, and when to pass, press, or hold your position.
🔹 Thursday – Games, Challenges, & Treat
The final day will include fun competitions, skill challenges, and small-sided games. We’ll wrap up the clinic with a popsicle or ice cream treat!

Program Details:
Elbert soccer teams will practice in Elbert and compete in the Elizabeth Parks & Rec League. All games will take place in Elizabeth on Saturdays.
Players must reach the minimum age for their division by September 1 to be eligible. If your child’s age overlaps two divisions, you may choose the division that best fits their size and ability.
Volunteer coaches are needed and appreciated!
Elizabeth Parks & Rec staff will make every effort to reschedule games that are canceled due to weather, though not all games are guaranteed to be made up.
Soccer Equipment Guide
To ensure a safe and productive experience, please review the equipment requirements below:
Shin Guards (Required)
All players must wear shin guards during practices and games. This is mandatory for safety and participation.
Soccer Ball (Recommended)
Players are strongly encouraged to bring their own soccer ball for both practices and extra practice at home. While extra balls will be available at practices and games, having a personal ball helps players develop their skills more effectively.
Ball Size Guidelines:
Ages 4–6: Size 3 soccer ball
Ages 6–10: Size 4 soccer ball
